2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery times:

• Express Shipping: 2–4 business days
• Same-Day/Next-Day Delivery (if available): Within 24 hours
Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

4. Delays & Issues
If your order is delayed or lost in transit, please contact our support team. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

5. Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

6. Damaged or Missing Items
If you receive a damaged package or if items are missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details so we can assist you.
